Fishing with Fish Kodiak Adventures
Guests can fish for King Salmon in the ocean where these huge fish are available year round. The big fish are most often caught from May-July as they congregate to make their way up the river. Expect King Salmon in the 30-40 pound range to be common.
Guests can also target Pacific Halibut as this is prime water for Halibut fishing. Once you board the boat, you are only a few minutes from prime Halibut grounds. This is the place to come for big Barn Door Halibut.
Coho Salmon are plentiful here too. Expect to limit out quickly with 8-12 pound Silver Salmon.
