The Alaska Eagle Head Resort is a year-round destination that sits along the Kenai River in Sterling, Alaska. The lodge, which is a series of cabins, is new, beautifully built, and perfectly situated so that guests can take advantage of everything on the Kenai Peninsula during every season.
Fishing with the Alaska Eagle Head Resort
The lodge sits right on the shore of the Kenai River and offers guided fishing packages to its guests. Guests can build their own itinerary and fish for Saltwater or Freshwater. As a guest of the lodge. you have access to fly-out guides, freshwater guides, and saltwater charters. Guests enjoy fishing for Pacific Halibut, King Salmon, Silver Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, Chum Salmon, Trophy Rainbow Trout, Dolly Varden, and Arctic Grayling.

Lodging with the Alaska Eagle Head Resort
There are four cabins from which guests can choose. Eagle View and Eagle Perch both sleep up to six people. Eagle Nest and Eagle Tree both sleep up to three people. The lodge has the capacity to hold up to 18 guests at a time.
Cabins include or a combination of queen-sized bed, full bed, or a twin bed. All cabins feature full kitchens, except for the Eagle Nest cabin which has a kitchenette. In-cabin Satellite TV and free internet access round out the entertainment. Outside is a sitting area for each unit with a BBQ.
The lodge has a fish cleaning facility with a packaging area with plenty of freezer space. Guests also have access to the main lodge which is the Guest Pavilion. Expect sitting areas, a beautiful fireplace, and a place to enjoy your downtime and socialize.
