Alaska Fish Catcher Lodge & Outfitter is just passed the town of Sterling and a short one-mile from the Kenai River. Welcome to one of the beautiful areas to fish for big Trophy Salmon, Trout, and Char.  Getting here is very easy. Sterling is one of the stops along the Sterling Highway and a short 2-3 hour ride from Anchorage. Several of the towns here have commuter airports so if driving is not your idea of fun, you can fly in and the guides will pick you up.

Fishing with Alaska Fish Catcher Lodge & Outfitter

Full day fishing runs between 8-9 hours and will blow your mind. Alaska Fish Catcher Lodge & Outfitter provides you with quality rods, reels, and flies. You are welcome to bring your own pole and gear if you have a favorite. They target the area of the Kenai below Skilak Lake, which is an area where you can target King Salmon, Silver Salmon, Red Salmon, and trophy Rainbow Trout and Dolly Varden Char.

Fishing the Kenai and Kasilof Rivers is prime time Salmon fishing. Both have wonderful opportunities to target big fish and lots of them. The surprising factor here for those who have not fished the area are the big Rainbow Trout. Trophy Trout in the 30" range are possible and many are over 20" on both rivers. The Dolly Varden tend to be slightly smaller than the Rainbows, but they are certainly not disappointing.

Expect world-class guides with world-class fishing opportunities and many options to target the fish on your bucket list. You can also mix up your trip and hit the Cook Inlet for a Halibut Charter. These guys give you all of the options for a great Alaskan Fishing Trip.

The Lodge

The lodge has room for 14-guest. There are four private rooms each with private baths and a variety of sleeping options. Bedrooms are on the second level and on the first level is the communal kitchen, sitting areas, and more. The lowest level is a game room of sorts with pool table. Guests have access to the lodge's laundry center which makes it easier to pack light.

Expect a beautiful lodge with quiet places for relaxation, and common areas where social activities and meals take place. The lodge is set up for small parties.
