The Alaska Fishing & Rafting Adventures is homed out of Fairbanks, and they offer a wide range of guided services all over the Fairbanks and Interior section of Alaska. This is a year-round outfit, and in the Winter they offer Ice Fishing opportunities too.
Fishing with Alaska Fishing & Rafting Adventures
If you choose an overnight fishing adventure, you are outfitted with quality camping gear so that you are warm, safe, and comfortable. The guides also cook your meals on overnight trips. Expect good food.
You have the opportunity to target King Salmon, Chum Salmon, and Silver Salmon. Also, these waters offer nice Rainbow Trout, Arctic Grayling, Dolly Varden Char, and you might have the opportunity to target big Northern Pike.
Overall, expect outstanding guides, good equipment and plenty of fishing opportunities.
The Lakes & Rivers
All of these are havens for Salmon and Trout fishing. When you book, your reservation choose a guide that matches your fishing style. They have specialists for fly fishing, spin reels, and Ice fishing.
You should expect to meet very few other fishermen on these lakes and streams. The guides are all locals who live here year round. Many guide services import guides for the summer fishing season. Not here. You get a local who knows the area throughout all four seasons, not just during the summer.
