Fishing on Kenai River, Kasilof River, Cook Inlet & More

When it comes to Freshwater Fishing you have options. The primary locations they fish are the Kenai River & the Kasilof River. Both offer world class fishing for Salmon & Trout...Mark will help you decide what the best option is for the time of year you are visiting and what fish you'd like to target. Depending on the time of the year you can expect to target King Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, Silver Salmon, Trout, Dolly Varden & Steelhead. Rainbow Trout & Dolly Varden are available most of the season while King Salmon are May - Jule, Sockeye Salmon are June - August and Silver Salmon August - October. Steelhead trips are avaiable in April & May.

For the more adventurous they also offer one day remote fly-out fishing trips which are an incredible experience. The most popular fly-out fishing destination is Wolverine Creek & Big River Lake which are located on the West side of the Cook Inlet nestled against rugged coastal mountains and the entrance to Lake Clark Pass.

On Saltwater Fishing Trips the primary target is Halibut and the fishing options are Cook Inlet & Gulf of Alaska. For those not looking to spend 10-12 hours on the water a Cook Inlet Halibut Trip is your best option. For those who don't mind a longer day on the water and would like to be able to target multiple species a run over to the Gulf of Alaska is a great option. These trips generally target either Halibut & Salmon or Halibut, Lingcod & Rockfish.
