Alaska Trout Fitters are guides, fishermen, and hosts that offer fishermen and their families a blend of traditional wilderness and luxury living in Cooper's Landing.

The Riverfront Lodging At The Heart Of Fly Fishing Paradise

Riverfront Lodging offers cabins by the night so fishermen can plan their stay well in advance. What this lodge offers is the flexibly to design your stay. Unlike other lodges that sell fishing adventures based on a seven-day week, guests at Riverfront Lodge can stay for a single night or for as long as they want. Rates are affordable and the cabins all come with kitchenettes and comfortable beds.

The cabins at Riverfront Lodge are all traditional log cabins, though some units such as the Swan Sanctuary or the Eagle's Nest are more like small homes.Communal areas include relaxing outdoor sitting areas with hammock, fire pit and views of the amazing Kenai Mountains. The lodge is an ideal haven for those who want to relax in between reeling in those Trophy Rainbows, mega Kings and other trophy-sized fish that call the Kenai area home.

Fishing for Trout in the Trout Rich Water of the Kenai area

Guided trout fishing tours include some amazing options. Alaska Trout Fitters offers guests fly out trips, drift boat trips or hike in adventures. These guys have you covered. Whatever your adventure is, they have something you want. The fishing guides are Dusty and Billy, who are the owners of Alaska Troutfitters and experts at guiding fly fishermen around this fishing Mecca.

Hike in, Fish, and Fish, and Fish some more

Hiking in adventures lead you to those hidden spots along the Russian River, Quartz Creek and the lower peninsula tributaries; Anchor River and Deep Creek. Expect amazing Trout and tenacious Steelhead all lured into an amazing fight by your fly choice. Fly fishing at its' finest.

FlyOut Fishing Trips for Remote Trophy Angling

Hit the hard hitting Dolly Varden or the beautifully brilliant Arctic Grayling on some of Alaska's best lakes. Fish the Upper and Lower Paradise Lakes, Crescent Lake and Johnson Lake offer fly out sports fishermen the thrill of catching, fighting and landing some amazing trout and other salmonid species.

Before heading out, stop by the Alaska Troutfitters fly shop and stock your fly kit with both dry and sinking flies. Include an assortment of flies that resemble flying insects, nymphs, naiads, mice and other small rodents. Hot color combos include a few flies in pink, orange, chartreuse, and red are all a good bet for fishing within the Kenai River area.
