Cooper Landing is considered the upper Kenai and it is the destination for King Salmon and Silver Salmon who make it this far to spawn. An experienced guide will take you to the King Salmon spawning grounds and show you how to target big, Trophy Rainbow Trout and Big Dolly Varden. These are fish that swim with the Salmon to take advantage of the tremendous amount of roe available. That little fact is key.
