Deep Strike Sportfishing offers 8-10 hour fishing charters out of Homer Alaska. This is some of the best waters in the world both for Salmon fishing and Halibut fishing. Homer sits at the point of Cook's Inlet and the shallow waters of the inlet give way to deeper waters that are perfect for targeting Big Barn Door Halibut.

The fishing here is unreal. You can literally catch halibut off of the beach, but usually not the big ones. The local waters are full of Salmon, Halibut and Rock Fish. The big Ling Cod are amazing and if you limit out on Halibut, you can target Rock Fish such as big Snapper, Bass, and Ling Cod. The season here is open from May'“September and Early - May and June is prime King Salmon time. The Halibut are available year-round.Â
