Patrick Donelson is the owner of FishAlaska Guide Service and a seasoned veteran of Alaska Fishing. He's been fishing up here since 1989 and guiding fishermen to big Trophy Salmon for all of those years.

They offer half day or full day Guided Salmon fishing adventures. All of their guides are licensed and have the experience to ensure that your fishing adventure is safe, fun, and full of fish. They also provide all of the gear. So, expect quality rods, reels, and bait.

Guests fish from jet powered boats that are both comfortable and designed to help you fish til you drop. This is a family friendly outfit, so kids are welcome. They even fillet your fish for you without asking.

People come here to fish for Salmon, and the Deshka and Little Susitna Rivers are amazing for Salmon Fishing.

For King Salmon: mid-May through the end of June is usually the peak season. Fish are available in early May and through mid-July.

Silver Salmon Fishing: The peak begins the second week in July and stretches through the first week in September. Silvers are around from early July through mid-September.

Chum Salmon: Peak season is from the last 10 or so day in July through mid-August. Chum show up during the first part of July and can be caught through mid-September.

Red Salmon: The Sockeye Salmon season here peaks for the last two weeks in July and the first week in August. Reds are available from late June through mid-August.

Pinks: Pink Salmon peak the last week in June and run through the first week in July.
