Fishing with Mike's Hooked for Life
The Kenai River: This is a dynamic river with a ton of Salmon and big Rainbow Trout. Expect access to all five species of Pacific Salmon. While many people focus on fishing for Kings, Silvers are just as fun, and they fight better. The rainbow trout here and in the Kasilof River are big and can span to 33-inches.
The Kasilof River is as amazing as the Kenai and offers pretty much the same fish. You can totally bag a world record here.
Cook Inlet: This is a long and narrow inlet with calm waters, and it is full of millions of Salmon and big Halibut. All the salmon that spawn in the Kasilof and Kenai must swim up Cook Outlet to get to the mouths of these rivers.
Expect quality guiding, good gear, and big fish.
