Moore Charters sails out of Juneau, Alaska and offers sport fishing charters and whale watching adventures. Moore Charters tailors itself towards guests on cruise ship shore excursions where they have a brief time on the shore before getting back onto their cruise ship. They are focused on getting guests out on the water quickly and then back to the boat in a timely fashion.

There are outstanding fishing opportunities for Pacific Halibut and Salmon around Juneau. They are happy to customize a charter so that you can fish for multiple species such as Salmon and Halibut, or Halibut and Ling Cod.

Fishing with Moore Charters

The charters range from 4 hours to 8 hours and they offer a middle option of six hours. The varied time makes this an easily accessible charter for cruise ship guests on a four or six hour layover.

Moore Charters offers two boats, the Equinox is a catamaran and is perfect for fishing or whale watching. The Eclipse is a Seahawk Offshore Aluminum boat and has a large rear deck where you can gather to fish or whale watch.

Your Captain is Captain Grantley Moore and he is certified by the US Coast Guard. If you are looking for a high-quality fishing adventure in the Juneau area, then Moore Charters is very capable.
