The Night N Gale Charters sails out of Wrangell, Alaska in the Inside Passage. Getting here is easy as you can drive the fabled Alaska Marine Highway or fly in via Alaska Airlines. This is a natural Salmon haven as Salmon stage here before heading up the Stikine River to spawn. Night N Gale Charters offers chartered fishing for Halibut, Salmon, Rock Fish, and Ling Cod.
Fishing with Night N Gale Charters
Salmon Fishing in Wrangell: Expect access to all five species of Pacific Salmon. There are plenty of King Salmon and Silver Salmon here to target because both use the Stikine River as a highway to reach their spawning grounds.
Halibut Fishing in Wrangell: Wrangell is overshadowed by some of the big name cities like Juneau and Sitka when it comes to Halibut Fishing. That just makes it better for those who fish with Night N Gale Charters. There are plenty of big Halibut here, and the professional crew knows how to help you target them.
Rock Fishing in Wrangell: Rock Fish is a group of fish that includes Ling Cod, Snapper, and Cod and these nutrient rich waters mean big Rock Fish and plenty of them. Expect to target Yellow Eye, Ling Cod, Snapper, and potentially even Black Bass. If you've limited out on Halibut, there is a good chance you will target Rock Fish. If so, try them on a fly rod. The bass are beautiful on a fly rod, and if you are lucky, you might entice a Silver Salmon to strike your fly too. Fish On!
