The ProFish-n-Sea Charters has been providing professional charters for locals and visitors for more than 20-years. Join Captain Steve Zernia and his crew for a day of fishing for King Salmon, Silver Salmon, and big Barn Door Halibut.

Seward is easy to get to, and the easiest way is to drive here, From Anchorage, the journey is about 2.5 hours, and Seward makes a charming place to stay, dine, and fish.

Fishing with ProFish-n-Sea Charters

ProFish-n-Sea Charters offers a fleet of boats that are always in top-shape, fast, and safe. They add new boats about every three years. This is a three boat fleet that offers modern equipment, full-electronics, and top-gear. The real gem of the outfit is the crew. Each boat has a crew that is dedicated to making your fishing adventure the best it can be. Expect helpful deckhands that are willing to show you how to fish and will help you land your trophy fish. Your captains are all US Coast Guard Licensed, and they know these waters well. That is important when you want to target big Halibut and King Salmon. These fish have their favorite spots too.

Overall, expect newer boats that are clean, good gear, and the opportunity to target big Fish.

The Fishing Season with ProFish-n-Sea Charters

ProFish-n-Sea Charters fishes from March through the end of October. You might expect that the Salmon are here all the time, and they are. However, March - July is the best time to come and fish for King Salmon. July through October is the best time to come and fish for Silver Salmon. While all five species of Pacific Salmon are available in Resurrection Bay and around Seward, they have peak seasons.

Halibut are Available all the time, and the big Barn Doors like to creep towards shore when the Salmon populations are at their largest. May and June for Kings and Halibut and July/August for Silvers and Halibut.
