Riversong Lodge sits along the Southern banks of the Yentna River where it meets the famous Lake Creek. The lodge is a short 70 air miles northwest of Anchorage. The Lodge is accessible by floatplane, which land at the confluence of Lake Creek, the doorstep to the lodge.

Riversong Lodge is a rustic paradise with the feel of home. It is a handcrafted building that offers quality, comfortable living that is surrounded by a changing landscape that offers some of the best fishing in all of Alaska. Accommodations are by private cabins. The lodge offers ten private cabins six of which have private baths while four share a common bathing area. All cabins are set along the river and among the beautiful, colorful landscaped gardens. The central lounge offers an excellent spot for relaxation, but the fishing is supreme here.

5 Species of Salmon, plus super fighters such as the Northern Pike, and Massive Rainbows

This the perfect haven for veteran fisherman or those just beginning to learn the ropes. The guides are certified by the U.S. Coast Guard and focus their attention on making your fishing experience rich. The quality fishing experience is consistent whether you are a day trip visitor or guest who is staying a week. Fishing begins within minutes of leaving the dock. The waters here are rich with migratory salmon including the monstrous King Salmon. When salmon are not in the water, there are other capable game fish. Our guests fish and land King Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, Silver Salmon, Chum Salmon and Pink Salmon. Late May - Mid-September is the best time for salmon fishing at Riversong Lodge.

Fly or Spinner Fighting Fish All Year Long

Swift flowing Yentna River offers a fishing haven. The clear water and gravel bottom offer a perfect habitat for freshwater fish. This is the home to some amazing species of fighting fish. Silver salmon are known to strike with enough force take the pole out of your hand. In the nearby streams Northern Pike, which reach lengths up to 47 inches here, are also fighters. The river is also home to rainbow trout which offer excellent fight for anglers of all skill levels. The Arctic Grayling is a smaller fish that is also a fighter. Its sail fin allows it to navigate these waters with ease. Each takes skill and ambition, both of which the certified guides will teach you.

The surrounding area is outstanding for fly-out fishing or float trips down nearby streams. The guides know the best places to find the fish.
