Seldovia Fishing Adventures and Bed and Breakfast sits along the Seldovia Waterfront and offers gorgeous views of Cook Inlet and Seldovia Bay. The small town is a hidden gem on the Kenai Peninsula. It sits just across the bay from Homer, and you must take a ferry to get there. The staff will pick you up at the ferry or the airport in Homer.

The Fishing

The fishing is fantastic. You are next to the Halibut Capital of the World (Homer, AK.) So you are fishing the same waters without having to deal with all the crowds. Seldovia is part of Cook Inlet, so you have access to all five species of Pacific Salmon, big Pacific Halibut, Rockfish and Lingcod.

The local waters make a perfect staging area for Salmon preparing to enter the freshwater rivers. You will find a lot of Pink Salmon here and Silver Salmon too. Chum Salmon are in the middle range, and King Salmon are the smallest groups. The fishing is excellent, and the sheltered bay offers remarkable opportunities to fish. They offer All-inclusive Fishing packages, including lodging. They have been taking fishers on adventures for over a decade, and they know the local waters well. That fact makes it easier for them to put you on the big Trophy Fish.
Expect easy access to quality Salmon & Halibut fishing. Be prepared to find this quaint little hamlet, one of the most beautiful places in the world.

The Lodging

There are four rooms at the B&B, and three have private Bathrooms and the fourth a shared bathroom. Breakfast is homestyle, and they provide a small bar with cereal, coffee, tea, and drinks too. The communal area offers beautiful views of Seldovia Bay, and you can lounge and enjoy Satellite TV or a favorite DVD. Expect plenty of comfort and convenience as they strive to make the place feel like home.

Getting here is pretty straightforward. You can drive from Anchorage, but most people fly to Homer and then take the Ferry Across. The ferry ride is about 45 minutes long, and it is a beautiful area to enjoy.
