Fishing with Svenson Sportfishing
You can expect a professional crew with plenty of experience in working with fishers of all abilities. The boats are clean, well-provisioned, stocked with top gear, and a licensed and qualified captain.
Salmon Fishing - Most people target the big King Salmon but there are plenty of Silver Salmon, Chum Salmon, Pink Salmon, and Sockeye Salmon in these waters.
Halibut Fishing - Halibut up here in the Inside Passage are often large. You can fish for the big Barn Door Halibut - those over 100 pounds or the Chickens - those under 100 pounds. The calm waters make this area a perfect place for halibut to spawn. Halibut and Salmon both feed on the small schooling fish like herring and there are plenty of those here.
Additionally, you may encounter some of the larger bottom fish in this area - big Ling Cod, Bass, Snapper, etc.
Overall, expect clean boats, polite, helpful and qualified crew, good boats, and plenty of opportunities to fish for big Salmon or Halibut.
