The lower Kenai river is thick with trophy sized fish. The spring fed tributaries of the Kenai offer King Salmon, Silver Salmon, Chum Salmon, Trophy Rainbow Trout and Dolly Varden all of which make excellent freshwater sports fish. For those of you who love both the fresh and saltwater you can have the Pacific Halibut. The lodge offers you the best of every possible adventure. If you want to head out to a quiet location where you can channel your inner fishing muse, do it. If you want to stand with your friends on the deck trying to hook a 500 pound Barn Door Halibut or a 50-100 pound chicken (Small Halibut), you can do that too. Beginning in May, the Kenai and its tributaries fill up with salmon. The seasons are staggered, and the Salmon hit their peaks at different times. All season long the rainbows are trolling up and down the rivers following the salmon, and that is where you find the trophy rainbows. The Rainbow Trout feed on salmon roe. The smaller streams that feed the Kenai River offer some of the best fishing habitats in the entire world.

Tower Rock Lodge offers guided fishing trips and drift boat fishing up and down the local waterways. They also feature fly out fishing trips if you want to hit a special river or experience the remote areas of Alaska while fishing for trophy fish. An example would be fly fishing with the brown bears for Silver Salmon. The Silvers are a sports fishermen's dream. They strike with force,and they fight until you land them.
