We include all the gear and team you up with a personable fishing guide to attend to your every need. Enjoy a scenic 45 minute float plane flight over the Susitna River valley northwest of Anchorage, Alaska. On clear days, Mt. Denali (McKinley) is clearly visible to the north. Arrive at our fly-in river lodge approximately 8:30am and hit the water fishing for the day. We provide lunch on the river, all fishing equipment (spin and fly fishing), waders, flies and lures so no need to bring anything. It's that easy! Day fishing trips focus on Alaska river fishing for trout, grayling, northern pike or various salmon species depending on the time of summer you visit. Extended trip packages from Anchorage for 2+ days are also available.

Our lodge is remote, located off the road system in south central Alaska on Lake Creek, a remote clear-water river system. We fly by float plane approximately 70 miles Northwest from Anchorage towards Denali National Park. The 45 minute flight covers a vast array of wetlands, rivers, dense forests and lakes. The valley is an incredible spectacle of what remains of it's glacial past. Epic views of Mt. Denali (McKinley) to the north can be seen on clear days.

Float Plane Schedule from/to Anchorage
Our trips begin with a 45 minute float plane trip from Anchorage to the lodge departing at 11am on day 1 of your trip. Our chef team has lunch prepared for you upon arrival followed by a full afternoon of fishing, dinner at 6:30pm in the lodge and optional evening fishing thereafter. On the final day of your trip, you have the full morning to fish prior to departing for Anchorage approx. 11:45am with arrival back to town at 1pm. Your daily fishing itinerary is completely flexible and you work out with your guide(s) the best schedule that fits your group's expectations.
Inclusive Trip Packages
Our trip packages are flexible as you can arrive/depart on any day of the week and stay for any duration. Our packages are all-inclusive with exception of Alaska Fishing licenses which you may purchase online prior to your trip. Otherwise we include: round-trip float plane flight from Anchorage, private deluxe cabin(s) with full bath, all meals on and off the water, all fishing gear (spin and fly), Simms waders and boots, personal guides (one per 2-3 fishermen), all beverages, local micro-brew beer, wine, etc. We try to take care of everything you need upon arrival to assure your packing list is kept to a minimum.
